My weight loss journey started at the age of 19. I wasn’t aware of proper nutrition at that time and experimented with different ways such as starvation to shed 7 stone without caring for the body’s proper nutrition.

However, I later on switched to eating a well-balanced diet which was nutritionally supportive to keeping a healthy body weight and muscle.

Today, I am famously known as Fat Boy Slim in personal and professional circles. Born in London, United Kingdom, I am currently living in New York, United States of America. I advise all the people interested in shedding weight to never give up and take failure as one step more towards success. I also emphasise on going for weekly goals that are achievable and helps to stay on track instead of yearly goals. I also recommend going through proper studies and meal plans that are backed by scientific facts since a lot of false and fake information is present online.
